In this edition of the Great Hardware Show, artificial intelligence will boost the sector
Bogotá, October 2025. The technological revolution is transforming all productive sectors, and the hardware industry is no exception. In its eighth edition, the Great Hardware Show, taking place from November 6 to 8 at Corferias, will showcase trends in artificial intelligence, digitalization, and automation that are shaping the industry's modernization.
For three days, the fair will bring together more than 200 exhibitors from 10 countries and 10,000 professional visitors from Colombia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, solidifying its position as the leading platform for B2B business and knowledge transfer in the sector.
“Digitalization is redefining the role of hardware stores in the economy. It’s no longer just about selling products, but about offering smart, fast solutions tailored to customers’ evolving needs. We want business owners to see technology as their main ally for growth and differentiation,” stated Lilián Conde, project manager for the Great Hardware Show at Corferias.
Brands Implementing Technological Innovation
The commitment to innovation is reflected in the participation of brands that are incorporating emerging technologies into their operations.
Frontec, a company with over two decades of experience in industrial solutions, has integrated digital tools and artificial intelligence into its technical catalog, optimizing traceability, quality control, and product management processes. From its headquarters in Chile, the company also drives digital integration and technological development projects aimed at improving the experience of its business clients and the control of internal processes.
For its part, Tecnosa, a Colombian brand with over 40 years of experience in the electrical and hydraulic materials market, is developing artificial intelligence processes that encompass its production, logistics, and sales areas.
“The Great Hardware Show promotes knowledge, innovation, and relationships that propel the sector into a new era. Starting with this edition, we want to see how technology ceases to be a promise and becomes an everyday tool for growth and competitiveness for hardware store owners,” stated Ana María Jiménez, Project & Sales Manager at Koelnmesse.
For the first time, the trade show incorporates a structured academic program that provides business tools: technical conferences, analysis sessions, case studies, and content designed to address current market challenges.
In addition to business networking opportunities, attendees will experience activities that add concrete value to hardware store management, with a greater international presence, live demonstrations, and solutions aligned with the sector's transformation.
From November 6 to 8, Corferias in Bogotá will host El Gran Salón Ferretero 2025. Professional visitors can now pre-register at https://www.gransalonferretero.com/es/preregistro and guarantee their participation in the trade show that connects the entire hardware industry in Colombia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
